This started with a classic, static image of the model posing in a chair - no movement to speak of. But as I began to layer in other poses on top of the base image, the paintings came to life creating a completely unique fluidity of motion. So rather than a static pose, suddenly we are seeing motion - or what we perceive as motion. This completely shifts the viewers' perception into looking further to try to figure out what is happening. Additionally, the color palettes used are intended to push the images further into the unknown.
